1. Who provides FocusDensya

2. Data FocusDensya processes
Data that may sync through your private iCloud account
- Task notes and reminder titles you enter.
- Focus session and journey history, including duration and completion status.
- Selected routes and stations, stamp progress, and collection targets.
- Identifiers generated by the app to keep related records consistent.
This data is stored in the app’s private CloudKit database associated with your Apple ID. FocusDensya does not operate a separate account system or developer-controlled data server.
Data processed only on your device or in the App Group
- The apps and categories you select with Apple Screen Time.
- Notification preferences.
- Current Live Activity and journey handoff state.
FocusDensya does not upload your Screen Time selection to the developer.
3. How data is used
Data is used only to provide core FocusDensya features, synchronize your progress between your Apple devices, and restore your data. It is not used for advertising, marketing, third-party analytics, profiling, or tracking.
4. Sharing and sale
FocusDensya does not sell personal data and does not share it with advertising or analytics companies. If you enable iCloud, Apple processes synced data as the CloudKit service provider under Apple’s terms and privacy commitments. Disclosure may occur only when required by applicable law.
5. Permissions
Notifications, Screen Time app shielding, Live Activities, and iCloud are optional. Denying a permission does not prevent you from using the core focus timer. Screen Time authorization is used only to shield apps you choose while an active focus journey is running; it is not used for parental monitoring.
6. Retention and deletion
Records remain on your device and, when iCloud is enabled, in your private iCloud database until you delete them. You can remove individual reminders and records in the app where deletion is available. To remove local app data, delete FocusDensya from your device. To remove synchronized data, use your device’s iCloud storage management for FocusDensya; labels may vary by iOS version. You can also contact support for guidance.
7. Security and international processing
FocusDensya uses Apple platform storage and private CloudKit synchronization. No method of storage is completely risk-free. Apple may process iCloud data in locations described in its own privacy documentation.
8. Children
FocusDensya is a general productivity tool and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect data for advertising or create user accounts.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version and effective date will be posted on this page.
